Upon delivery of your Denco order please inspect it thoroughly for damage and fulfillment accuracy. All claims for damaged product, incorrect product or shortages must be made within 10 business days of delivery. All product returns must be authorized by Denco. Collect shipments for returned products will be refused. Accepted returns must be accompanied with a valid reason for the return and proof of purchase. If the item is determined to be in resalable condition a credit will be issued against future purchases unless otherwise specified. All defective and in-warranty returns must also be authorized by Denco. If upon return the merchandise is found to be defective, the customer may choose to have the merchandise replaced, at no charge or have a credit issued. In-warranty parts will be refurbished if repairable and replaced if un-repairable.
